Is the jerky crispy or chewy?

It’s sliced thin for a light, satisfying crunch. The whole-cut pieces still tear easily, but the crisp bite leads.

How spicy are the hot flavors?

We use the same three levels throughout the shop: Mellow has little to no chile heat, Medium brings a steady warming heat, and Hot has a pronounced kick with a lingering finish.
